Established in 2021 - FRED & NANCY’S aims to provide respite from these trying times with some of life’s simple pleasures - Fresh Soup & Sandwiches, Cake, Gelato, Good Coffee and above all else, a breath of fresh air!

Everything on our menu is prepared fresh every morning.
We bake all of our own bread, traybakes & pastries and our soups & sambos are made using only the highest quality local produce.
CHEF BEN’S ITALIAN SAUSAGE
Our Italian Sausage is entirely home made! Chef Ben has created the perfect recipe using only the finest herbs and spices. Our pork is 100% Irish and is completely traceable from farm to fork. Free of preservatives with all natural casings, you won’t find a better sausage anywhere!
TRAYBAKES
Apple, Banana, Plum, Rhubarb... We bake a different traybake every morning using whatever fruit is in season. Or if we’re feeling naughty (which we often are) Chef Charlie will just whip up a batch of his famous Chocolate, Orange & Cardamom Brownies.

We proudly brew McCabe’s Coffee - Ireland’s first carbon negative coffee roastery! They purchase only top grade 100% Arabica from single estates and small co-operatives in the best growing areas around the world.
